Heavenly stay in central Tulum.

We reserved at a low price through a temporary sale on Booking.com, so given the quality of the room it was a great value. Very spacious and luxurious; had a large bedroom, as well as living/dining room with mini-kitchen. The bathrobes and drinking water were also nice touches.

One night stay-ok, no more

There are enough parking spaces nearby. The room is clean and nice.

It's very noisy outside of traffic and birds. The lamp on a balcony is also annoying as very bright at night. When you take a shower, all water goes everywhere in bathroom. The breakfast you order by menu, allow at least 30 minutes for that. It's not very big and tasty by the way. There was no milk for coffee and the mexican breakfast was without beans as it was in the menu. The hotel is just a bit off the main street, but don't go further, very scary.

Tulum.

The bedroom was basic. A very comfortable bed. The shower is very slow to heat as it is powered by solar panels. The t.v. is not geared towards Europeans, though you do have Netfiix. Again i must praise Alonso who seems to be an all rounder and is always smiling.

Breakfast service very spread out. Far too slow, toast was like bread left out in the sun.Alonso lovely young man,and very helpful. No kettle in the room, not everybody drinks coffee. Very mean with the amount of coffee supplied, good job only one drinking it

The room was basic but good enough for the money you pay. Nice, big bathroom, daily cleaning, complimentary coffee and water, smart tv with Netflix :) the reception staff were really nice and helpful, they helped me to get a cake for my boyfriend's birthday :)

The breakfast is ala carte, 4 options on the menu (scrambled eggs, fried eggs, mexican omlett and pancake w maple syrup), it gets boring after 2 days. Besides this u get a plate of fruit, some bread and juice + coffee. We asked if we could have our omlett and fried eggs made with 3 eggs instead of 2 as we normally eat big breakfast and the guy at the restaurant said yes but for 50 peso extra. Not abt the money but if u have limited choices on the menu at least leave the chance to order more or increase the portion. Rooms are noisy, not the hotel's fault though

Nice hotel in Tulum Pueblo

It’s a real nice, small and cosy hotel. The rooms are big with a nice balcony and a big shower and a great tv. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants but in a quiet street. Breakfast is also good and filtered water for free everywhere in the hotel.

Nothing special to complain. Maybe some tourist information about Tulum?

Modern room, good value for money

Modern rooms, good breakfast (if you are not vegetarian), located centrally (very close from central bus station and main street)

The service, the staff was not able to book us a taxi because they didn't have a phone number, the water of the shower was taking 5 minutes to get warm

Very good

The hotel is a very good place to stay. It is worth it to spend the night in the center of Tulum instead of the <zona hotelaria>. It is really easy with bicycles provided by the hotel to go to the beach. The suite is just so nice !!

Our stay exceeded our expectations. Our room was much bigger than expected, very comfortable shower, balcony. Great place for people with a car.

Little hidden gem in central Tulum

Newly built with excellent facilities, great breakfast. Staff were really nice and helpful. Large balcony in every room, safe and a fridge.

Exceptional

Very spacious rooms and bathrooms with a luxurious feel. Extremely comfortable, large bed. Tasty, generous portions for breakfast . Friendly, helpful staff. A good location close to a great choice of restaurants. Very useful to have bikes on site. Overall a lovely stay.

A bit difficult to find, the hotel signs are not very prominent from the road.

Amazing stay!

We had a great time at Jabin! The rooms are big, clean and nice decorated (big tv with netflix also), the breakfast is very nice (eggs, fruit and juices) and you can rent bicycles (half an hour drive to the beach, sounds much but we liked the route very much)! We expended our stay another night and were able to stay in the same room! It’s also a 1 minute walk to all the nice restaurants in town.
